Délifrance Bangladesh is operated by Les Bleus Ltd., the proud master franchise holder of Délifrance in Bangladesh.
Born in France, Délifrance is a brand celebrated for its authentic French baking — from golden croissants and artisan breads to delicate pastries and café classics. With decades of expertise rooted in French culinary tradition, Délifrance has become synonymous worldwide with quality, craftsmanship, and the simple pleasure of sharing good food.
Founded in 2020, Les Bleus Ltd. introduced Délifrance as its flagship brand in Bangladesh. In 2021, we opened our very first Délifrance outlet in Gulshan 2. Within just a few years, the brand has grown to seven locations across Dhaka — Banani, Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Rampura, and Uttara — supported by a state-of-the-art Central Kitchen that ensures consistency, quality, and freshness across all outlets.
Our journey began with a small team of 15–20 passionate employees. Today, we proudly employ close to 120 team members who share the same dedication to hospitality, flavor, and service excellence. Proma Huq, Head of Brand Strategy & Communications – With a foundation in marketing and communications, Proma brings over 12 years of experience in building brand buildings in both the U.S and Bangladesh. With a diverse background spanning from corporate social responsibility, nonprofits and F&B, she combines global perspective with nuanced local market expertise. She currently leads Délifrance Bangladesh’s brand strategy, customer engagement, and communications, driving cohesive purpose-led narratives for the brand.
Fahd Wasiuddin, Executive Chef – A graduate of culinary school in Malaysia, Chef Fahd brings nearly 15 years of culinary and kitchen management experience. He has developed new recipes, cloud kitchen concepts, and restaurant brands, blending creativity with precision and skill. At Délifrance Bangladesh, Fahd ensures that every product, from a croissant to a plated meal, reflects authentic French tradition while catering to the evolving tastes of Dhaka’s diverse customers.
Khursid Alam, Head of Operations / Country Head – With over 20+ years of QSR experience, Khurshid brings a proven track record in managing and scaling foodservice operations. Beginning his career at Pizza Hut, Khurshid went on to lead seven Au Bon Pain locations and later lead largest of Spencer’s retail operations in India. His expertise in operations, people management, and expansion strategy plays a central role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and sustainable growth for Délifrance Bangladesh and ensuring a seamless, high quality experience for our customers.
Abid Mansur, Managing Director – Abid brings together his knowledge of consumer goods and passion for branding, creating consumer-centric ventures that blend lifestyle, culture, and local market understanding. In nearly a decade of entrepreneurial experience in Bangladesh, his past ventures include a grooming brand, experience as an investor in tech startups, and furthering his deep love and passion for sport by contributing to the country’s sporting ecosystem as an Executive Committee member of the Bangladesh Squash Federation. With an academic background in business and law, his varied experiences together shape his vision for building innovative lifestyle brands in the country.

Our franchise journey started from the deployment of our first flagship in Damrak in 1984. Since then, opening of other franchise outlets have quickly spread across the middle east, Southeast Asia including Singapore and Europe; till today’s creation of our new convenient fast casual bakery concept. As an international franchise company with 36 years of experience, we are proud to take our authentic “Cuisine de Boulanger” products and services to Délifrance outlets around the world.
