As a franchisor, we are seeking like-minded business partners to become our future master franchisees. To start with the selection process, our business development team will be reviewing the applications of shortlisted candidates based on their 5 years roll out plan.
The Ideal Candidates:
- Passion and understanding of the Délifrance brand values and heritage.
- Prestige of having an International brand from France.
- Motivation and vision of the business owner and management.
- Provide proven track record in the Food and Beverage industry as business owners/ operators.
- Experience in franchising and dealing with western groups & international brand.
- Well captialized and the ability to fund multi-unit growth (opening 10-50 stores, depending on the size of territory).
- Abilty to leverage shared services of existing food service operations for start-up efficiencies such as Real Estate, supply chain, store construction, HR, IT and Finance.
